This policy explains what limited personal data DDS Services Kft. processes when you visit ddsservices.eu, and the rights you have over it.
1. Who we are
DDS Services Kft. (“DDS”, “we”) is the data controller. Registered office: 1136 Budapest, Tátra utca 5/a al2, Hungary. Company registration number 01-09-301215; tax number 26088323-2-41 (EU VAT HU26088323). For any privacy question, contact info@ddsservices.eu.
2. What we process
This is a simple informational website with no accounts, no sign-up, and no online forms. We process only:
- Email correspondence — if you write to info@ddsservices.eu, we process your address and message to reply and, where relevant, to discuss a possible engagement.
- Technical logs — our hosting and CDN provider records standard request data (such as IP address, timestamp, page requested, and browser type) to operate and secure the site. These logs are kept only briefly.
- Analytics — only if you accept it (see section 3).
3. Cookies & analytics
We set no non-essential cookies unless you accept them. If you choose “Accept” in our cookie notice, we load Google Analytics, which sets cookies and collects aggregate, statistical information about how the site is used (such as pages viewed and approximate location derived from your IP address). We use this only to understand and improve the site — we do not run advertising or build profiles about you. You can decline, or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy, and it may be processed outside the EEA under appropriate safeguards.
4. Legal bases
Technical logs and site security rest on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site; analytics rests on your consent; email correspondence rests on our legitimate interest in responding to you and on steps taken at your request before any engagement.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers acting on our behalf — our hosting and CDN provider (Amazon Web Services) and, where you have consented, Google (Analytics).
6. Retention
We keep technical logs only as long as needed to operate and secure the site, and correspondence only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or any resulting engagement, after which we delete it.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict certain processing, and request portability. To exercise any right, email info@ddsservices.eu. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority, the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu).
